Triceps Rope

Made out of heavy duty coated nylon that is 1.25" in diameter.

Available in either 26" or 36" length for full triceps and arm extension.

Molded and ribbed rubber ends are ergonomically designed to provide the maximum in traction and pulling leverage during use.

Rubber rope ends have an internal bearing mechanism that provides full rope rotation during training.

Rope is supported by a forged steel grommet that hooks into any universal gym system.

For training triceps, biceps, back, shoulders and abs.
